Euro millions results on Friday 9th May produced a shocking historic result. A single lucky ticket holder from Spain has just won the jackpot winning a massive 126.23 million euro (£113,229,891). This is the biggest jackpot in the 5 year history of the euro millions lottery draw breaking the previous record set four years ago by a woman from Ireland.

The Spanish winner was the only one to pick the correct 7 numbers beating the odds of 76 million to one. There have been bigger EuroMillions jackpots, but those have always been shared with several winners, this massive single winner jackpot will statistically stand intact for along time.
